Workshops for Kids

In these 120min hands-on workshops, Young Artists learn the basic elements of art (line, shape, form, color, texture and space) and experience the entire process of being an artist from portfolio development to showcase. In each workshop, a particular artist movement/art history period and/or an international/local artist is presented and the art project focuses on one medium. Weather permitting about 15-20min of outdoor time in the large backyard. At the end of this series, a group showcase will take place Saturday, February 14 (10AM-11am) at the same location (26 High School Ave.) Supplies included.
