Service Description

This course is suitable for students who have already taken “Oil Painting Made Easy 1”, but this course will also benefit those who already have “brush miles” under their belt. Emphasis Will be given to understanding the feel of oil paint, “pigment load”, and how to maximize the experience for producing the best results with the “cleanest” colors. Time will be spent experimenting with value and color; and drawing with paint in the oil painting medium. Priority will be given to learning brush cleaning and how to maintain the best efficiency of brush performance. Students will learn how to paint realistic subjects based on very simple still life composition elements. Materials Not Included - please see supply list on classes page
